No, participants will need to stay overnight the night before the activity begins at one of the many local accommodation options in the village of Manteigas.

Elevation gain: Starts at an altitude of 800 meters and ends at an altitude of 1430 meters.
Day two:
7 Kilometers.
Elevation gain: Starts at an altitude of 1430 meters and ends at an altitude of 1993 meters.
Total distance: 16 Kilometers.
Total elevation gain: 1193 meters.

Meals:
One breakfast: for the second day of the trekking. In the first day of the trekking take the breakfast at your local accommodation.

Don’t forget your hiking lunchbox and cutlery.
Note: You may bring freeze-dried food packs. A mountaineering stove and gas cartridge are provided.
