During this walk, you’ll experience a unique activity in the heart of winter: walking with snowshoes to help you get around in the snow.
You won’t just be walking in the snow; you’ll also discover a different side of the Serra da Estrela in the depths of winter.

Type of activity: By car until the local of the hike, with a short walk in the snow using snowshoes.
Duration: 4–5 hours.
Minimum group size: 2 people.
Maximum group size: 5 people.
Family price: Children aged 17 and under, 15 €.
Lunch included: No.
Start time at accommodation/hotel: to be arranged after booking.
Individual price: 50 €
Recommended season: From December to April, subject to snow conditions.

Transport to the place, is included from the hotel/local accomodation, and transport back to the hotel/local accommodation at the end of the activity.

You can take a part, but you´ll to pay - not the full individual price for two participants, 100 € -, but 75 €.

You don´t need to bring the snowshoes, they are included in the activity.
For your comfort and safety, it´s essential and mandatory that you bring:
A small backpack to carry a 1,5 Litre bottle of water and some snacks.

No. Participants will need to bring something to eat during the activity.
Participants are responsible for their own lunch after the activity has finished, upon arrival at the hotel or local accommodation.
