Spend a day getting started in the winter mountain sport of Alpinism, learning the basic techniques in the morning and, after lunch, climbing one of the steep, snow-covered slopes of the Serra da Estrela.

Type of activity: By car to the place of the activity, with a full day in the mountain.

Duration: 7 hours.

Minimum group size: 2 people.

Maximum group size: 3 people.

Recommended season: From January to April, provided there is snow for alpinism and the weather conditions permited.

  • The payment for the activity can be made by bank transfer or via Mbway.

  • Yes, you must make the payment in euros.

  • You can take part, but you´ll to pay - not the full individual price for two participants, 190 €, but 142,50 €.

  • You don’t need to bring any equipment. The helmet, harness, ice axe, crampons and rope are included in the activity.

    For your comfort and safety, it is essential and mandatory that you bring:

    A small backpack to carry a 1.5 litre bottle of water and some snacks.
